Responsibilities
- Forecast assignments based upon the company’s sales pipeline
- Produce and present executive level reports for strategic direction, tactical planning and business impact analysis
- Continuously drive just-in-time recruiting by identifying and prioritizing client requirements and reconciling to viable open position reporting
- Define specific criteria to support hiring requirements for open positions
- Provide support to HR and Recruiting as needed by identifying skills and capabilities required for successful client engagement delivery
- Define and hone staff skill categories and the scoring system used to evaluate staff. Define relations between staff skills and solution delivery modules. Maximize delivery efficiency through correct assignment mix and appropriate training
- Assess clients' requirements and determine staff to assign as appropriate.
- Collaborate with KM/Training on staff training plans, deploy project and financial forecasting via Unanet, define approaches to handle fixed price and training jobs, create custom reports, and define usage and training requirements

- Candidate will have the capability to provide advisory/thought leadership to customers in their areas of business and technology.

- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams.
- Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to technical individual contributors.
Education and Experience
- BS in Engineering or related field of study, MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in project or product management
- Experience in technical consulting and working in high technology
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in project and client management expertise from an established consulting firm and/or enterprise software company.
- Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex IT projects.
- Experience managing, recruiting, and retaining outstanding technical talent.
